If you are getting the error "Internet is Blocked" when trying to access the web, you may need to connect to the GlobalProtect VPN. The GlobalProtect VPN is a secure network that allows you to access the internet while on the district WiFi or home WiFi on your district-issued device. Follow these steps to connect to the GlobalProtect VPN:

Connect to the district WiFi (WCSPrivateA or WCS-Wireless) or your personal WiFi. You may see a message saying "No Internet, secured," don't worry - this is normal.

Click on the up arrow icon at the bottom of the taskbar and select the grey globe icon.

Click on the Connect button on the GlobalProtect application. If you are getting a username and password field, enter in your school issued credentials.

Wait for the connection to be established. Once it is, you should be able to access the internet.
If you are still unable to access the web, please ensure that no external VPN software is installed, as they are not supported on district-issued devices.
