Installing Bluebook

Zenworks Screen

    • Once logged into the computer with bluebook login credentials, you should have this screen.  If you do not, look further in this guide for troubleshooting steps.Main screen zenworks.png

Installing Bluebook from Zenworks

  1. Refresh Zenworks
    • Click the circular blue arrow in the bottom left corner of zenworks and wait for today's date to appearRefresh.png
  2. Bluebook Install with Icon
    • Double click on the Bluebook 2025 icon in zenworks.  At the bottom right of your screen, a window will popup saying Bluebook 2025 downloading filesBluebook icon.pngInstall.png
  3. Install finished
    • Once this page pops up, bluebook has successfully finished installing and there will be a bluebook icon on the desktop.Finished.png

 

What to do if only two icons appear

  1. Click on the three bars in the top left cornerThree bars.png
  2. Click sign inSignin1.png
  3. Sign in window
    • At the bottom of your screen, a window will appear and will have an orange border.  Click this once.Signin2.png
    • Enter the password for the bluebook loginSignin3.png
  4. Zenworks will now show all icons.  Follow the steps in Installing Bluebook from Zenworks above.

 

 

What to do if all icons are missing in zenworks

  1. Open google chrome and navigate to WCS websiteWCS.PNG
  2. Under the Parents/Students tab, in the Quick Links section select Bluebook Download LinkDownload link.png
  3. Follow the steps on this page to installDownload page 1.pngDownload page 2.png
  4. Install finished
    • Once this page pops up, bluebook has successfully finished installing and there will be a bluebook icon on the desktop.Finished.png
