When reporting laptops, please include the following information so we are able to better assess if replacements are needed prior to being hands on with the laptop:
- Cart Number
- Laptop Number
- Brief description of what is wrong with the laptop
Examples:
- Laptop 55-CRT03-03 - Keys are stuck/ not able to type
- 34-CRT02-17 - Screen is cracked
- 12-CRT19-35 - Fan is very loud
This information allows us to address the laptop issues more efficiently.
