Clever Badges allow students to quickly log in without typing their username and password. Staff can generate badges for their students directly from their Clever account.
1. Go to the WCS Website
Navigate to Warren Consolidated Schools website.
From the top menu, hover over For Staff.
Click on Clever Login.
2. Log in to Clever
On the Clever login page, select Log in with Microsoft (Recommended).
Sign in using your district Microsoft credentials.
3. Open Student Roster
Once logged in, you will be on the Clever Teacher Dashboard.
From the left-hand menu, select Student Roster.
4. Filter by Class
Use the Filter by class dropdown menu to select the class you want.
5. Download Login Badges
On the Student Roster page, locate the Download Login Badges button in the top-right corner.
Click it to generate and download Clever Badges for all students in that class.
✅ Once downloaded, you can print and distribute the badges to your students for easy login.
